Our equipment
The right system starts with the room. We explain the Panasonic model, capacity, finish and controls in your quotation, so you can make an informed choice.
Product features and available finishes vary by model. The photograph shows the Panasonic Etherea range; your quoted model may differ.
The right arrangement
We recommend an arrangement after looking at your property and the rooms you want to use.
A dedicated indoor and outdoor unit can be a straightforward option for one bedroom, study or living space.
Several compatible indoor units can share one outdoor unit where the capacity, layout and pipe routes allow. Individual room controls let you set the comfort you need.
A multi-room system is not automatically the right choice for every property. We explain the options during your survey.

Local considerations
The building matters as much as the equipment. We discuss the practical details before installation is agreed.
From enquiry to installation
Tell us which rooms need attention. Photos or a floor plan can help, but you can start with a conversation.
We look at the rooms, access, power, pipe routes and possible outdoor-unit locations.
Review the equipment, scope, price and proposed arrangements before deciding.
We install the agreed system, explain the controls and talk you through its care.
Looking after your system
Comfort should continue after the installation is finished. We explain the care your system needs and the support available.
A practical handover covering the controls and everyday settings.
Guidance on filters and the servicing appropriate to your system and its use.
A clear route to ask questions and arrange maintenance or fault diagnosis.
Good questions
If your question is specific to your home, we’re happy to talk it through.
Message usThe price depends on the number of rooms, equipment, pipe routes, access and the finishing required. Our survey and quotation are free. We provide a written proposal so you can see the equipment and scope before you decide.
We recommend a system after assessing the rooms and possible installation routes. Capacity, indoor-unit design, noise settings and controls vary by model. The exact equipment and relevant features will be set out in your quotation.
Noise depends on the selected equipment, operating setting and installation. We consider indoor airflow as well as outdoor-unit placement and vibration. We discuss the relevant manufacturer sound data and any property-specific assessment rather than promising a single noise figure for every home.
It needs adequate ventilation and access for maintenance, with a suitable route to the indoor units. A rear garden, side return or another location may be possible. We assess the available space, neighbouring windows and any restrictions during the survey.
Requirements depend on the building, location and proposed equipment. Planning considerations and leaseholder or freeholder consent are separate questions. Listed buildings and conservation areas may need additional checks. We discuss what should be checked with the relevant parties before work is agreed; we do not guarantee permission.
We agree unit positions, pipe routes, access and the scope of making good in advance. The duration depends on the project. Your proposal explains what is included and the installation arrangements, rather than assuming every home is a one-day job.
Many Panasonic air-to-air systems can provide both cooling and heating. We confirm the functions and suitability of the specific equipment in your proposal. Running costs depend on the system, conditions and how it is used.
Filters need regular attention, and the system should be serviced as appropriate to the equipment and its use. We explain the recommended care and available maintenance options at handover, including how to contact us if a fault develops.
